Job summary

BP is seeking a Materials Management Advisor (Inventory) to lead regional inventory strategy and optimize stock across sites. You will collaborate with Line, Finance, and Procurement to balance service levels with total cost of ownership and drive continuous improvement in inventory performance.

You will oversee data integrity of material records in ERP, mentor analysts, and help prepare for upcoming ERP deployments. A strong background in MM processes and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional/site inventory strategy.
• Collaborate with Line, Finance and Procurement to evaluate inventory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in inventory performance.
• Lead inventory analysts and ensure data integrity of material records.
• Support ERP deployment readiness in the region.
