Qualificações

• Actively completing area of study in Insurance & Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Pre-Law, or relevant program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• College level - current Sophomore student with expected graduation December 2028 – May 2029.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in education sessions and gain exposure to all aspects of reinsurance claims.
• Gain experience in the general claims reinsurance process and methodology.
• Assist the team with various claims projects and provide support as needed.
• Attend claims team meetings.
• Complete Arch University courses.
• Work on a capstone project, including an individual presentation on a summer project and a group presentation focused on solving a business need.
