Arch Re is offering an 8-week summer internship in Morristown, NJ, with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day from home). Interns will gain hands-on experience in reinsurance claims, participate in education sessions, and complete Arch University courses.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing Insurance & Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Sophomore year with expected graduation Dec 2028–May 2029.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and continuous learner.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in education sessions and gain exposure to all aspects of reinsurance claims.
• Gain experience in the general claims reinsurance process and methodology.
• Assist the team with various claims projects and provide support as needed.
• Attend claims team meetings.
• Complete Arch University courses.
• Work on a capstone project, including an individual presentation and a group presentation focused on solving a business need.
