Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers via phone and email.
• Take ownership of assigned territory and provide proactive customer support.
• Manage territory accounts, including order entry, credits, and rebills.
• Monitor open order reports and proactively resolve delays in the order-to-cash process.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to expand business opportunities.
• Record new sales opportunities in Siebel (CRM).
• Attend customer calls and key account meetings focused on improving performance metrics.
• Cross-train team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
