Pepperl+Fuchs, Inc. is seeking an energetic Internal Sales Representative to join our Twinsburg, Ohio team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer care while developing qualified sales opportunities for the Field Sales team.

The role requires daily customer interaction, territory management, order processing, and collaboration with Technical Support and Account Managers to improve performance metrics. Prior Siebel CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers via phone and email.
• Take ownership of assigned territory and provide proactive customer support.
• Manage territory accounts, including order entry, credits, and rebills.
• Monitor open order reports and resolve delays in the order-to-cash process.
• Partner with Technical Support, Area Sales Managers, and Account Managers as part of the sales cockpit team.
• Attend customer calls and key account meetings to improve performance metrics.
• Record new sales opportunities in Siebel (CRM).
• Upsell and cross-sell products to expand business opportunities.
