Job summary

Littler is seeking a Manager, Corporate Internal Events to plan and execute a diverse portfolio of internal events, ranging from 30 to 550 attendees. This hybrid role is located in Kansas City, MO, and requires strong event management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.

You will partner with firm leadership to deliver exceptional attendee experiences, ensure brand alignment, and manage calendars, timelines, and post-event follow-ups with attention to detail and professional excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of professional services events experience.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of internal events (attorney training, leadership meetings, practice group and committee meetings, and special events).
• Manage logistics, vendor relationships, attendee communications, and onsite operations for a seamless experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual events calendar with stakeholders.
