Atrium Staffing is seeking a Team Operations Lead - Interior Design for a hybrid role in New York. The position focuses on planning, designing, and furnishing interior spaces while supporting a Project Administration team.

Interior design experience is a plus and collaboration across stakeholders is essential. The candidate will identify gaps, manage approvals, monitor workloads and timelines, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in operations, project administration, or related roles with leadership.
• Must have lead/mentoring experience and strong communication skills.
• CAP 20/20 experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems; quick to learn new tech.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Identify and address process gaps, risks, and inconsistencies.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to Project Administration team.
• Monitor workloads, deadlines, quality, and adherence to processes.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge gap identification.
• Train, troubleshoot, and answer questions on systems and processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to review performance and escalation items.
• Escalate issues and risks; conduct regular team meetings.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on milestones and timelines.
• Review project reporting for data accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with cost discrepancies, change orders, and vendor issues.
