Qualifications

• Requires degree in accounting/finance and professional accounting knowledge.
• Strong GAAP knowledge with consolidation and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlements across entities.
• Lead monthly intercompany reconciliations across accounts and entities.
• Identify and resolve intercompany out-of-balance items and aged reconciling items.
• Ensure elimination in consolidation and accurate reporting.
• Support audits with reconciliations and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Treasury on cash movements for settlements.
• Assist ERP implementations and intercompany requirements testing.
