Qualifications

• Consolidation and multi-entity experience required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and external reporting.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and closes.
• CPA preferred and exposure to SEC/regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for multi-entity entities.
• Maintain accuracy and internal controls around financial reporting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes across subsidiaries.
• Support management reporting packages for boards and investors.
• Automate reporting using ERP and BI tools to improve data integrity.
• Assist internal/external audits related to financial reporting and consolidations.
