Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Competitive Intelligence or related field
• Prior talent acquisition or professional services internship preferred
• Experience conducting thorough research and translating insights into actionable guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct open-source research to identify high-value individuals and firms in the legal industry
• Develop client-facing intelligence reports and deliverables
• Collaborate with senior team on special projects and ad hoc research needs
• Track real-time talent movement within Am Law 200, mid-size, and boutique firms
