Job summary

INNOCEAN USA seeks a Freelance Integrated Media Supervisor to lead day-to-day media planning and stewardship for General Accounts. This hybrid SoCal role requires local availability three days in‑office and collaboration across teams to deliver data-driven plans across digital, TV, audio, OOH and print.

Reporting to the Associate Media Director, you will mentor team members, guide media tools, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, and management across relevant channels.
• Strategic thought leadership and ability to lead multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in golf or sports-related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated media strategies and plans that meet client objectives.
• Build data-informed media plans across digital, linear TV, audio, OOH and print.
• Provide media thought leadership and innovative recommendations to move client business forward.
• Manage and mentor team members, guiding media tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
