Job summary

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks a Data Account Manager to join our Genesis team on a contract through 2026 with potential extension.

The role is hybrid (3 days in-office) and requires local SoCal candidates. You will manage automotive data infrastructure, identity resolution initiatives, and website campaigns while ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a client services function within a Digital Marketing, Advertising or Business-related field.
• Must have working-knowledge of identity resolution, data security principles and customer data management.
• Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel
• Strong presentation and communication skill
• Strong project management skills and ability to develop and implement new processes
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Motivated team player
• Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
• Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Work with the client daily to identify needs and expectations
• Provide frequent and detailed updates to Account leadership to flag potential issues and proactively problem solve
• Work closely with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to access and define timelines, goals, and manage progress
• Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary
• Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps
• Facilitate internal and client reviews, update status documents, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination
• Show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape)
• Oversee the efforts of junior staff
