Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review incoming referrals and verify demographic, clinical, and insurance information.
• Input cases into the system and assign to Registered Nurses for Start of Care (SOC) assessments.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to verify benefits, confirm coverage, and obtain prior authorizations when needed.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, clinicians, referral sources and internal teams to support smooth transitions into care.
• Track authorization statuses and follow up promptly to avoid delays in service.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for all incoming referrals, communications, and case assignments.
