Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking Intake Coordinators / Inside Sales to join our hybrid team in Florida. The role offers a starting pay of $19.00 per hour, with two compensation changes and an annual performance-based bonus.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, conduct brief screenings, gather insurance information, and collaborate with Admissions to determine suitability for services.

Qualifications

• Intake coordinators provide the initial client contact with The Recovery Village.
• May conduct brief telephone screenings to assess needs and determine fit for services.
• Coordinate with admissions and call center teams to support referrals and enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a professional greeting.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments to determine admission appropriateness.
• Provide program information to prospective clients and families.
• Make copies/faxes as needed and assist with information dissemination.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with supervisors.
