The position offers a hybrid schedule with work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays and in-office on Tuesdays through Thursdays, reporting to the onboarding process and documentation teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare intake, insurance verification, or authorizations.
• ABA administration or pediatric therapy paperwork experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open cases.

Responsibilities

• Answer caregiver calls and guide families through intake.
• Collect and document intake information for new referrals.
• Send intake packets and consent forms to families.
• Follow up on incomplete paperwork and missing signatures.
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new referrals.
• Request and track initial assessment and therapy authorizations.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
