GEICO seeks a dynamic Supervisor with an active Property & Casualty Insurance License to join our management team. You will lead and develop a team across Sales, Services, or Claims, guiding associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will operate in a role with a hybrid work model after training, empowering you to balance in-office and remote collaboration while driving performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or Personal Insurance License (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the P&C insurance industry in Sales, Services, or Claims.
• Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment.
• Strong results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with adaptable leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Guide team members in resolving complex customer inquiries and claims.
