GEICO is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our operations recruiting team in a hybrid role. You will identify, source, engage, and hire exceptional candidates for high-volume sales, customer service, and claims roles, collaborating with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders.

You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment—from sourcing through offer creation—ensuring we staff the right people to support GEICO’s growth and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of full-life cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with sourcing for high-volume roles (sales, customer service, claims).
• Knowledge of EEO, employment laws, policies and compensation.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.

• Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide guidance.
