Job summary

CCMSI, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a Client Services Account Manager for Workers' Compensation. This hybrid role combines strategic client partnership with stewardship reporting, audit management, and service oversight, aimed at delivering measurable program outcomes.

Initial onsite training is required during the first 30 days, with ongoing collaboration across internal teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and service expectations.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to review reports, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with clients located throughout Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings and stewardship discussions.
• Review and address audit findings, deficiencies, and service opportunities.
• Generate, analyze, and communicate iCE reporting and account performance data.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client goals and service commitments.
• Prepare and present client-facing reports and operational updates.
• Travel as needed to support client relationships and business objectives.
