- 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
- Substantive experience handling bad-faith insurance matters.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clerkship experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation.
- Analyze policies, exclusions, and controlling case law.
- Handle bad-faith claims and related disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses.
- Manage matters to meet court, client, and internal deadlines.
- Communicate case developments and strategy to clients.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to develop litigation strategies.
- Contribute to a service-oriented team environment.
