Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks an Insurance Coverage Associate/Senior Associate to join its Litigation practice in Irvine/LA/San Francisco. The role focuses on advising insurers on complex coverage disputes, drafting opinions, and handling deposition and trial support.

Candidates should hold a California bar admission, a JD from an ABA-accredited school with honors, and 3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience. Hybrid schedule with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record
• Bar admission in CA in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience focused on insurance coverage
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and providing coverage recommendations
• Drafting litigation-related documents and participating in depositions/mediations

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation readiness
• Engage with domestic and international insurers
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives with efficiency and precision
