Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies.
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations.
• Drafting of litigation documents and participation in depositions/mediations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide actionable coverage recommendations to clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document productions for litigation readiness.
• Engage with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives.
