The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience, a Florida bar in good standing, and strong research/writing skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered with mentoring and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Florida bar in good standing.
• 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear, actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation.
