Leading international law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in its Insurance Coverage Practice Group in Miami, FL, offering hybrid work and exposure to high-exposure coverage disputes. The role emphasizes analyzing policies, drafting coverage opinions, and advising insurers in complex litigation.

Responsabilidades

Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers.
Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives with efficiency and precision.
