This hybrid role offers exposure to high-value coverage litigation and market conduct matters for domestic and international insurers. The position requires 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience, a Florida bar in good standing, and excellent research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academics.
• Florida bar in good standing required.
• 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories and document requests; review document productions.
