EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA seeks an Assistant Account Manager for Mid-South Specialties. The role focuses on operational account support and day-to-day tasks with a coachable, positive attitude. In-office, Monday to Friday, with strong emphasis on client communication and teamwork.

You will handle certificate requests, policy changes, renewals, invoicing, and various rating tasks while learning the business and pursuing insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School or GED education required; college degree preferred.
• P&C Insurance license or related experience preferred; if not licensed, obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Working knowledge of computers and software; MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as client advocate and maintain positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, mail, and email in a professional manner, aiming to resolve on first contact.
• Handle certificate requests, notices of cancellation follow-ups, policy changes, and invoicing.
