Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for Mid‑South Specialties. You will handle client accounts, manage daily activities, and maintain strong client relationships in an in-office role Monday through Friday.

The position requires a positive, coachable attitude, multitasking skills, and prioritization abilities, with licensing in P&C preferred and optional training opportunities to enhance insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• P&C license or related work experience preferred; if not licensed, obtain within 90 days.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as a client advocate and maintain positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email; resolve inquiries in the first contact when possible.
• Handle certificate requests, notices of cancellation, auto ID cards, policy changes, and renewal inquiries.
• Prepare renewal proposals, binders, invoicing, and process audits.
• Post documents to the EPIC portal and obtain loss runs and premium finance quotes.
• Continuously seek insurance knowledge through training and internal resources.
