Johns Agency LLC in Atlanta, GA is hiring Advisory Agents on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). You’ll sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies and receive leads, a structured calling system, and a clear path to Senior Advisory Agent.

Compensation includes a $3,500 monthly base, up to $500 KPI bonus, and a production bonus of 1.75% of net premium at 90%+ retention; wage advances available.

Qualifications

• Licensed P&C insurance agent or willingness to obtain license.
• Experience in selling with a structured process.
• Ability to close and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
• Utilize provided leads and a structured outbound calling system.
• Follow set sales and service windows to maintain daily structure.
• Progress to Senior Advisory Agent as you build your book.
