Usery Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our Allstate team. You''ll work directly with prospective customers to understand their needs, recommend personalized insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

This is a sales-focused position with a dedicated service team supporting existing policyholders, allowing you to spend your time doing what you do best—helping new customers find the right coverage.

Qualifications

• Active GA Property & Casualty license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Georgia license required before start date if applying from another state.
• Life license is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
