The ideal candidate holds a GA Property & Casualty license, demonstrates strong communication, and has experience in client advocacy or sales.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Property and Casualty license for the State of Georgia.
• Demonstrated history of building relationships and managing client accounts.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain insurance details simply.
• Proficient in standard office software and computer navigation.
• Prior experience in customer advocacy or sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential and current clients through selecting the right coverage that protects what matters most to them.
• Review existing policies and offer meaningful adjustments based on life changes or evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy modifications.
• Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or coverage updates with patience and clarity.
• Collaborate with the rest of the office to ensure every visitor and caller feels valued and heard.
