Job summary

Johns Agency LLC is growing in Atlanta and hiring Advisory Agents on a hybrid schedule—three days in the office and two days from home each week. You will sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies to clients who enroll when signing up for a policy.

Leads are provided, with a structured outbound system and clear path to senior roles as you grow your book. Training and coaching are emphasized throughout the onboarding.

Qualifications

• Licensed P&C insurance agent or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in selling home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies is a plus.
• Proven ability to close sales within a structured outbound calling system.
