Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to work on state-of-the-art data centers, semiconductor, and manufacturing facilities.

The role involves developing P&ID diagrams and panel wiring layouts, and coordinating with global teams to meet project schedules. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, 2+ years BIM design experience, and proficiency with BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Familiarity with P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
• 2+ years of BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects designing state-of-the-art data centers, semiconductors, and other facilities.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems.
• Work within global multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
