Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to plan and design courses and curricula; ensure content accuracy.
• Conduct needs assessments to provide customized training.
• Create reference and support tools for training.
• Develop and enhance training content and techniques to meet learning objectives.
• Facilitate classroom interactions for optimal engagement.
• Identify and recommend new training approaches and modalities.
• Deliver training via VILT or ILT.
• Use NFLC to manage registrations, attendance, and assessments.
• Liaise between product owners and operations for project focus.
• Prepare training materials from conception to production.
• Plan, coordinate, manage and deliver training programs; ad hoc training as needed.
• Respond to training issues and inquiries.
• Evaluate effectiveness of programs and trainee performance.
• Train employees on policies and procedures.
