Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to build engaging learning solutions that align with business goals.

This hybrid role supports four days on-site and one remote day from any AmTrust office, with preference for Eastern or Central time zones. You will design and develop learning programs, eLearning, virtual classrooms, and assessments, measure outcomes, and maintain SCORM-compliant modules within the LMS while collaborating with stakeholders across multi-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in insurance.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory.
• Extensive experience with eLearning authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Create learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to define objectives and delivery methods.
• Develop materials across eLearning, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and content quality.
• Maintain SCORM-compliant modules within the LMS.
