Job summary

Global Placement Firm is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Draper, Utah to hire an experienced Instructional Designer for a 6-month hybrid contract. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining modern learning materials across Risk Operations.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, deliver digital, blended, and instructor-led courses using Docebo, Articulate 360, and Asana, and measure learning impact with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Expertise in E-Learning design and development best practices.
• Proven ability to translate technical topics into engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs for Risk Operations.
• Create content for digital, blended, and instructor-led delivery while ensuring consistency.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and success metrics.
• Manage multiple projects using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Track learner engagement and program effectiveness to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with L&D teammates and QA analysts to deliver cohesive learning solutions.
