The role leads LMS administration (Cornerstone OnDemand), manages content and reporting, and creates facilitator guides, eLearning modules, job aids, and assessments.

Qualifications

• Needs analysis and objective setting across learning programs.
• Experience designing eLearning, instructor-led, or blended formats.
• Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and determine objectives and delivery methods.
• Design and develop eLearning modules, ILT materials, and job aids.
• Lead LMS administration, content management, and reporting.
