Job summary

JB&A, a division of JAM, is seeking an Inside Account Manager in Novato (hybrid) to drive growth within an existing client base and convert new opportunities. You will engage in outbound calls, leverage referrals, and work with partners to introduce new products and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone with West Coast preference.
• Outgoing calls and daily outreach to new contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for lasting relationships.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Experience in inside sales, SDR roles, or related positions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners and clients.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and offer consultative product solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Introduce and position products within a designated territory.
• Record daily activities in CRM systems (Zoho and NetSuite).
• Research leads using web directories, digital resources, and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft strategic opportunities.
• Track performance metrics toward revenue goals.
• Direct customers to resellers for demos and events.
• Handle inbound prospect calls and convert to opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends.
