Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, seeks a hybrid Inside Sales Representative to join in the Oregon/California area. You will sell testing services, build a pipeline, forecast deals, and collaborate with teams to grow revenue while supporting existing clients.

The role requires a high school diploma with preferred Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales or related fields. Expect hybrid schedule with travel to client sites in Oregon or Northern California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service or account management experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in medical fields.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and grow the territory.
• Develop and update an annual business plan with quarterly reviews.
• Build a sales pipeline and forecast new opportunities.
• Maintain revenue and foster organic growth with current clients.
• Communicate value propositions to customers and prospects.
• Update customer accounts in Salesforce and support clients.
