Labcorp is seeking a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Oregon/California area. You will sell laboratory testing services to professionals in multiple medical fields while meeting and exceeding sales goals and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

This role requires travel to client sites as necessary and resides in Oregon or Northern CA. Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm Pacific Time, with a competitive hourly pay range plus commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales, customer service or account management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams to grow the business.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.

• Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in various medical fields.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and territory growth.
• Develop and update an annual business plan with quarterly reviews.
• Build a pipeline to achieve ongoing revenue targets.
• Forecast and manage a 90-day sales funnel.
• Maintain customer accounts and provide ongoing education on focus products.
