The Inside Sales Representative at US Family Health Plan- A TRICARE Prime option serves as a centralized Marketing Department resource. This role supports marketing efforts across our USFHP New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania areas of service.

This role is corporate office-based and requires little to no travel. The incumbent will own telephonic enrollments and outbound outreach to TRICARE Prime-eligible retirees and their eligible family members, and support communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required for the role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed Health Insurance Agent preferred.
• Prior Military Experience preferred.
• Military Recruiting Experience preferred.
• CAC clearance favorable adjudication required.

Responsabilités

• Manage enrollment process from initial contact to completion.
• Outbound sales to TRICARE Prime-eligible retirees.
• Follow up with prospective members and lead management in Salesforce.
• Data cleanup and data mining, lead segmentation and reporting.
• Support outreach campaigns and webinar marketing activities.
