Job summary

You will manage a portfolio, collaborate across functions, and provide technical and commercial quotations for industrial electronics products.

Qualifications

• B2B inside sales experience in engineered products preferred.
• Experience with pricing, quoting, and lead follow-ups in a B2B context.
• Ability to read basic technical documentation and discuss product specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts with regular contact to understand needs and buying cycles.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Establish profitable pricing levels and quote projects for industrial electronics products.
• Support customers through the order process to maintain high satisfaction and coordinate service for accounts.
• Understand product specifications to recommend solutions and cross-sell/upsell related products.
• Provide pricing quotations and follow up on quotes, samples, campaigns, and web leads to close business.
• Share feedback on market trends and competitor activity with management.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and product education to stay current.
