Standex International's Custom Hoists division in Hayesville, OH seeks an Inside Sales Associate to generate revenue by proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone or online channels.

The role reports to the Customer Success Manager and is on-site full-time at the Hayesville, Ohio location, requiring strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate Standex's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3+ years' relatable experience.
• 1-3 years inside sales and/or customer service experience in a non-retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and build effective relationships with personnel across all levels of the industry and organization, internally and externally.
• Proven method to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Answer and accurately action inbound customer calls, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Primary point of contact for customers and maintain accurate purchase orders.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers and potential customers.
• Enter & maintain customer records and generate daily outbound shipments.
• Track shipment status of customer orders and create export shipment documentation.
• Provide field sales support and assist with monthly sales projections.
