Immersive is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Boston, MA. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial experience across Sales Development, Customer Success Management, Account Management or similar roles.
• Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to become knowledgeable about the domain.
• Disciplined operator with CRM data hygiene and structured process adoption.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and build a pipeline for enterprise accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer pains and map them to Immersive solutions.
• Coordinate with solution consultants to demonstrate value and spin up trials.
• Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities within the book of business.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and follow defined sales playbooks.
