Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, ideally in a utility & industrial setting.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to listen and overcome objections.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial distribution, engineering/technology or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition through daily prospecting and qualification.
• Identify opportunities within new and undersold power generation accounts for products.
• Conduct daily outbound sales calls and manage inbound inquiries.
• Travel as needed to build strategic relationships with priority accounts.
• Deliver effective product demonstrations both virtually and in person.
• Develop and execute territory and account plants to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account strategies.
• Stay informed in utility industry trends to position value propositions.
• Sell both standard and custom-engineered solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
