You will coach performance, align processes across locations, and ensure responsive customer support while driving revenue and strategic outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in sales, leadership experience, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a distributed inside sales team and drive performance.
• Experience coaching, hiring, and developing sales talent preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and MS Office suite strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of inside sales professionals across the Eastern and Central U.S.
• Set and exceed team KPIs including revenue, margin, quotes, close ratios, and wallet-share expansion.
• Collaborate with outside sales and internal partners to support shared goals.
