Carrier is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Syracuse, NY office and support the Commercial Strategic Accounts Sales organization with pre-sale and post-sale activities. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular in-office days, focusing on HVAC systems solutions and collaboration across customers and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HVAC experience, with up to 5% domestic travel.

• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Review and assist with plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
• Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Adapt to customer specific requirements.
• Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
• Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
• Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.
• Coordinate across multiple functions to maintain composure in fast-paced situations and make decisions.
• Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.
• Must have an understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and controls.
• Be a self-starter with strong business understanding and interpersonal skills to work across Carrier.
