Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ work experience in Counter Sales or Inside Sales.
• Knowledge of electrical wholesale industry and Steiner products preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Epicor Solar Eclipse.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Steiner products, services and solutions, including e-commerce.
• Grow potential business via strategic outbound calling.
• Meet customer requirements through email, phone, or online ordering.
• Provide technical assistance with vendor resources and Steiner specialists.
• Quote contractor-based material and manage orders from multiple systems.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and support promotions.
