Job summary

Beyond Finance is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a hybrid role based in Atlanta. You will engage customers, guide them toward debt solutions, and close sales using consultative techniques.

The position offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions and a clear path to high earnings for top performers. You’ll work three days per week in the Atlanta office with flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and highly driven.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' financial situation and guide them toward Beyond’s services.
• Perform sales using consultative scripting and rebuttal techniques.
• Educate clients on financial solutions available to resolve debt.
• Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM.
• Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards.
