Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse - Hybrid to provide clinical education and intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites.

You will work with physicians on care plans and coordinate with the sales team to transition patients to OCH services. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with travel to patient homes or facilities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plans of care.
• Organizes and provides direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on patient status or physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and through health data access.
