Option Care Health, Inc. is hiring an Infusion Nurse - Hybrid in Florida. The RN will educate patients and caregivers, assess patient suitability for the care model, and coordinate transitions from hospital to home or alternate care settings.

The role requires strong clinical judgment and adherence to care plans. The position involves direct patient care in home or alternate infusion suites, with travel to care facilities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements nursing plans of care.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit.
• Coordinates discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintains documentation in the patient care record and billing system.
• Complies with HIPAA, safety, and regulatory requirements.
