You will join a Technology Operations team handling first-level infrastructure support and incident resolution across servers, hardware, storage and related components. Not a desktop or help desk role, focus on infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced incident management environment.
• Background in incident triage using ServiceNow for infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Join a Technology Operations team for first-level infrastructure support and incident resolution.
• Support enterprise server OS, hardware, storage and related infrastructure components.
• Handle break/fix troubleshooting with an infrastructure operations focus.
• Not a desktop support or help desk role; focus on infrastructure issues.
